If you don’t want to be hauling gasoline or generators into Reno in order to enjoy tasty drinks, don’t worry.  A little internet research will yield many designs for blenders and food processors; some battery powered, others even wind-up.  Also, don’t forget to get a little radically self-reliant.  Two bicycles, an egg beater, some duct tape and time could yield amazing results.  Last but not least, when in doubt, use more fruit.  Fruit is going to spoil fast in the Nevada heat, best use it up while its still good
